Software Engineer (Node.JS / Azure)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Hybrid, 1 or 2 days per week in London
Candidates will require an active SC Clearance to start this role
We're seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join an Agile development team delivering enterprise cloud solutions. You'll be responsible for developing new features, resolving defects, and contributing to high-quality software delivery within a modern Azure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable code aligned to project requirements.
- Deliver features from user stories using Azure DevOps.
- Investigate, fix, and log software defects.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
- Write unit tests and support integration testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and frequent code integration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and work tracking within Azure DevOps.

Experience
- Proven commercial experience developing cloud-based applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and Azure.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
