About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented [Job Title] to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client organization.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on market trends and candidate availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and employment law.
