We are working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business that designs and produces complex systems for various industries globally. This company is known for its commitment to innovation and delivering high-quality, compliant engineering solutions.
The Role
- Support the design, development, optimisation, and deployment of electrical, control, instrumentation, and automation (EICA) systems.
- Work closely with wider engineering teams to deliver reliable and efficient control systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Produce electrical designs and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Develop and optimise industrial PLC/SCADA control systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and fault-finding activities, ensuring compliance with British and European standards.

What You'll Need
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in electrical and PLC software design roles.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control system design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
