About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Product Development to join our Development team and help build and evolve our products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software development background who enjoys getting involved throughout the product journey, from early ideas and design through to development, delivery and ongoing improvement.

This is not a role where you will simply work through a list of requirements. You'll help shape solutions, work closely with customers and stakeholders, experiment with new technologies, and contribute ideas that make products better.
What you will be doing
- Designing, building and supporting modern software applications
- Contributing across the full product lifecycle
- Working with customers and stakeholders to understand problems and shape solutions
- Building APIs and scalable software solutions
- Exploring AI-driven approaches and new technologies
- Developing prototypes and testing ideas
- Contributing to continuous improvement across products and development practices
What you will bring
Required technical experience in:
- C# (.NET Framework and.NET Core/.NET)
- Angular or similar web frameworks
- REST APIs
- Oracle PL/SQL
- SQL Server
- Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Git
- Strong commercial software development experience
- Natural curiosity and a passion for learning
- A solution-focused mindset
- Interest and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach and desire to build great products
Nice to have:
- Experience with IFS
- Exposure to AI tooling or development automation
- Cloud or Agile certifications
