£55,000 to £65,000, plus company performance bonus
Remote first working with London team days once every 2 months
Be-IT is working with a growing AI-first property management software company who are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer to join a new product team.
Looking for a talented developer who is excited by modern software engineering, AI-first development and wants to progress into a senior technical role.
The Role
- Full-stack development across React, TypeScript, Python / Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS
- Build new products and work closely with senior technical leaders to shape architecture, engineering practices and an AI-first development approach
- Work in an AI-first engineering environment, with around 80% of code currently developed using AI tools
- Sense-check AI-generated code, improve quality and bring in new ideas
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and wider teams
- Opportunity to grow into a Senior / Mentoring role

What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development background
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Python and or Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS
- Good understanding of software architecture, clean code and testing
- Experience with greenfield development or scalable systems
- Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable and excited about using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar
