About The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of software projects from conception to deployment, building systems that impact millions of users worldwide. You will be expected to integrate advanced AI tools into your development process, ensuring rapid yet reliable delivery of features and products. Your work will span diverse technology stacks, including monoliths, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, and programming languages such as Python and Rust. The role emphasizes continuous simplification of architectures, pipelines, and codebases to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems. Collaboration, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence are core to your responsibilities as part of our team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Experience with multiple programming languages such as Python, Rust, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience working with microservices architectures and REST/gRPC protocols
- Ability to design, implement, test, and document AI-integrated systems
- Demonstrated ability to work across diverse tech stacks with end-to-end ownership
- Strong collaborative skills and team spirit, with a willingness to support colleagues
- Ambition, initiative, and a high level of personal responsibility
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software systems that are used by millions, taking full ownership from idea to production
- Integrate state-of-the-art AI tools into development workflows to enhance speed and quality
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures
- Continuously analyze and simplify existing systems to improve performance and ease of maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and features
- Apply thoughtful technology choices tailored to specific challenges, balancing depth and purpose
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high standards
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
