Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in energy management, project coordination, or technical consultancy is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, energy regulations, and project management methodologies is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are critical for success in this role.
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or relevant technical licenses will be considered an advantage.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical analyses to develop effective energy solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting energy projects.
