C++ Software Engineer
Location: Gloucester or Hertfordshire.
Salary: £53,000 - £60,000 plus package.
Security: Please note that this role requires eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance.
Copello are looking for a Software Engineer to develop and enhance complex simulation software within a highly technical engineering environment.

- Develop new software capabilities and improve existing applications.
- Build high-performance software using C++ and GPU technologies.
- Work with engineers to translate technical requirements into software solutions.
- Support research, development and the exploration of emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the testing and integration of software within wider engineering systems.

Requirements:
- Strong C++ development experience.
- GPU programming experience using CUDA, OpenGL, or Vulkan.
- Understanding of RF or electro-optical/infrared systems and their underlying physics.
- Experience with software testing, version control, and CI/CD.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
