About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and manage resources effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to innovative projects, enhance organizational efficiency, and support our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and comprehensively.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance.
