We're looking for an experienced software engineer, working at the intersection of Seismic, Salesforce, APIs and backend integration to build scalable technology that supports client-facing teams across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure solutions across Seismic and Salesforce
  • Build and maintain integrations between Seismic, Salesforce and upstream/downstream platforms
  • Develop and consume REST APIs, work with webhooks and manage third-party API rate limits
  • Work with Salesforce architecture, including data synchronisation, user mapping and Sales Cloud integrations
  • Develop backend services using Python, C#, Node.js or similar
  • Use SQL/PostgreSQL to audit, reconcile and troubleshoot integration data and logs
  • Implement secure authentication, token management and role-based access controls
  • Apply modern DevOps and CI/CD practices, automated testing and release management
  • Contribute to technical design, proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value initiatives
  • Explore emerging capabilities including Seismic, Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the engineering team
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
