About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst. In this position, you will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives across various departments. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial services, or a related industry
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of payment systems, digital banking, or fintech is advantageous
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and development
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, IT, and marketing to support the implementation of new initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Support the testing and validation of new payment solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
