Your mission

To support our growth, we are looking for a Software Engineer 3D Printing Support and Development who will contribute to digital transformation projects in the aerospace and defense sectors.

You will join an international team, and, under the supervision of a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and developing our additive manufacturing software solutions within critical industrial environments.

This position requires Secret Defense security clearance and is carried out entirely on-site.

Your role

  • Analyze logs, code, and databases
  • Diagnose and resolve complex production incidents
  • Implement workarounds and build a knowledge base of best practices
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs (response times and service quality)
  • Monitor application and manage database tracking
  • Participate in deployments, bug fixes, and version upgrades
  • Perform testing and maintain technical documentation
  • Contribute to application robustness and reliability
  • Develop and optimize 3D printing applications using Angular /.NET Core / MS SQL / LanceDB / MongoDB
  • Analyze existing code and contribute to application enhancements

Your Profile

  • More than 7 years of experience in complex application support or industrial software environments
  • Proven expertise in L3 analysis, application debugging, and root cause analysis
  • Strong SQL Server expertise and advanced investigation skills in distributed environments
  • Knowledge of Angular/.NET Core architectures
  • Experience with MongoDB, MS SQL, or LanceDB
  • Ability to manage critical incidents and provide technical guidance to support teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in an international environment
