Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Hybrid in Newcastle upon Tyne
.NET | React | Azure | Financial Services
£60,000 - £95,000
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team within an established financial services organisation. This is a hands-on development role where you’ll work across the full technology stack, building and enhancing secure, scalable applications used within a business-critical financial environment.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and work closely with other developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using C# and .NET.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with Azure to build, deploy, and support cloud-based applications.
- Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.

Experience within financial services, fintech, payments, trading, or other regulated environments would be advantageous, particularly where you've worked on systems requiring high levels of security, reliability, and performance.
