Software Engineer Team Lead
We are looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our Data pipeline team. This team develops modern, cloud-native production systems that process terabytes of data daily. This role will be at least 50% hands on.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years of experience developing and operating Rust-based systems in production - MUST
- Experience working on data-intensive applications.
- Experience with kafka
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using ClickHouse in production - an advantage
