About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated software professional to join our dynamic team in an agile environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and testing software components that support our defense and electronic warfare solutions. Depending on your strengths and experience, your focus may be on UI design, embedded software development, or a combination of both. This role offers opportunities for leadership, including supporting team members, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to performance reporting. You will gain valuable insight into electronic warfare, sensor technologies, and communication systems, playing a vital role in advancing our innovative product offerings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development with relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Experience in embedded systems, UI/UX design, or software testing is highly desirable. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, version control systems, and software development tools is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a keen interest in defense technology and electronic warfare systems. Prior experience in defense or government projects will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our software team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing software components for electronic warfare and communication systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to UI/UX design efforts or embedded software development, depending on your expertise.
  • Supporting the integration and validation of software with hardware components, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
  • Taking on leadership duties such as mentoring junior developers, supporting team performance reviews, and reporting project progress to stakeholders.
