Graduate Software Engineer // AI Startup // London | Up to Β£54,000 + Equity π
Real engineers build real products. That's exactly what you'll be doing from day one.
I'm hiring on behalf of one of the fastest-growing AI startups to establish their engineering team in London.
If you're the type of graduate who's always building projects, enjoys solving difficult problems, and wants responsibility from day one, you'll feel right at home here.
This isn't a graduate programme where you'll spend months shadowing senior engineers.
Within your first week you'll be contributing to production code, working alongside experienced engineers across London and New York, and helping build AI products used by enterprise customers around the world.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
