Software Developer - Fintech SaaS - Up to £100,000
You are building from scratch, owning it end to end, and growing with a business that is scaling fast.
This is a fintech SaaS company in the middle of a serious scale-up phase. The kind of place where decisions get made quickly, your work actually ships, and the things you build today will still be at the core of the product years from now.
- You are working on greenfield projects. No legacy maze to navigate, no picking up someone else's half-finished mess. You get to design and build properly, from the ground up, and see it through. That kind of ownership is rare, and here it is just how things work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- The tech stack is centred around C# and Azure. You will be comfortable across both and confident enough to make real decisions about how things are built, not just handed tickets and told to get on with it.
This would be a great second or third role in your career. You have got some solid experience behind you and now you want somewhere that will genuinely stretch you, give you responsibility, and let you grow as the business does.
