About Dex
Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.
The Role
This company acquires profitable, mission-critical B2B SaaS companies, then deploys an AI operating system across them. The problem is hard: building a platform that connects deeply into company data, learns what good operations look like across dozens of businesses, and acts on it. Backed by leading investors, the founding team brings backgrounds from early-stage, pre-IPO tech and frontier AI research.
You'll take end-to-end ownership of features from architecture to production. This isn't just shipping code; it's shaping the product directly with commercial teams. You'll join a small engineering team, either building the core AI platform or deploying it into acquired companies to ship product changes identified by the intelligence layer. It's a rare seat to build foundational AI infrastructure with direct business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
