Our flagship project, CareForAll AI, is an AI-powered care management platform under development, designed to support care providers and professionals through voice-first documentation, workflow automation and intelligent operational tools.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a software engineer to contribute to the development of our CareForAll AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js and Node.js.
- Build secure backend services and APIs.
- Work with relational databases, including MariaDB.
- Support the integration of AI and voice-processing technologies.
- Develop scalable software architecture and reusable components.
- Collaborate on testing, debugging, documentation and deployment.
- Apply appropriate security and data-protection practices.
Technical Skills
- JavaScript and TypeScript
- React / Next.js
- Node.js and REST APIs
- SQL databases
- Git and version control
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and Linux environments
- Understanding of AI API integration
- Experience in healthcare software, GDPR or UK social care technology would be beneficial.
