Qualifications
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide detailed feedback to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the company's talent pipeline.
