About The Role
The role at Anson Mccade offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing high-caliber candidates, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their talent needs. Your primary focus will be to identify, attract, and secure top talent for our clients across various sectors, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment, is essential. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and the current job market landscape is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building rapport with clients and candidates alike. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is desirable. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Anson Mccade, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiating offers and closing placements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets and improve overall service delivery.
