About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Microlise. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to solve real-world business challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, contribute to innovative projects, and make a tangible impact on our company's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and marketing to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures and validation processes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
