Full Stack Software Engineer - Client-Facing

Location: UK-Wide / Remote-First (Up to 60% travel to customer sites; initial projects in the West Midlands)
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + fully covered travel, hotels, and expenses
Industry: Healthcare SaaS

The Role

We are partnering with an established, fast-growing healthcare SaaS business whose platforms streamline operations and enhance patient care across the UK.

They are looking for a Full Stack Client-Facing Software Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and live delivery. Instead of writing code in a vacuum, you will work directly with customer teams using the SaaS platform—identifying system bottlenecks, configuring front-to-back solutions, and writing fast, high-quality full stack code to solve client needs in real time.

Direct, hands-on experience working directly with customers using a SaaS product is essential for this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
