Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain specialised software applications, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical requirements and design robust solutions
- Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing to ensure reliability
- Support the integration and deployment processes, maintaining clear documentation throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing expertise to enhance team capabilities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages
- Experience with software design methodologies, including UML
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and requirements validation
- Familiarity with safety-critical software standards is advantageous
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work independently or within a team

Additional Skills & Experience (Desirable)
- Experience working within regulated environments or with ISO standards
- Knowledge of SC clearance processes or eligibility
- Previous exposure to projects in energy, aerospace, or defence sectors
