About The Role

The role at Motability Operations offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to contribute to our mission of providing accessible mobility solutions. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a relevant degree or professional qualification in business, management, or a related field. Prior experience in the automotive leasing or financial services industry is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems will be advantageous. A commitment to customer-centric service and a proactive attitude are key attributes for prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Overseeing the delivery of leasing services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and reporting findings to senior management.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote services and expand the company's market presence.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of contracts, renewals, and customer inquiries.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of the industry.
