What you’ll be doing

Your programme begins with intensive training in our Skills Lab, designed and delivered by industry experts. Once you’re ready, you’ll work with leading global organisations across sectors such as financial services, technology, retail, insurance, and consulting.

Career opportunities include:

  • Software Developer: Build and maintain scalable, resilient systems using modern engineering principles.
  • Software Engineer: Design, implement, and optimise applications and features that drive business outcomes.
  • Automation Tester: Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability, security, and quality.
  • Automation Analyst: Build and manage automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Production Support Analyst: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in fast-paced production environments

About You

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Hold (or will soon hold) a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Can commit to the full 2.5-year graduate programme
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively in team environments
  • Value the opportunity to apply your global mindset to local and regional challenges
  • Are proficient in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus)
  • Are eligible to work in Hong Kong
