What We Do
Each project we undertake is different, and at the cutting edge of technology. This means we can't talk about much of our ongoing work, but here are some examples of completed projects that we are excited to share:
- An emergency-use ventilator, developed in just over six weeks in response to the government’s Ventilator Challenge
- A neurostimulation device allowing treatment to improve, or even restore, someone’s ability to walk
- An autoinjector capable of delivering a wide range of drugs, while being intuitive to use and beautiful to look at
What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you’ll be part of our multidisciplinary medical development team, tackling real technical problems while receiving guidance and training from experienced engineers. You’ll gain access to designing and developing embedded software to a high standard. You will be part of a team developing technologies that can make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
