This ambitious, consumer-facing business is entering a major phase of digital transformation, and technology is right at the heart of it. You’ll lead a small in-house engineering team, taking ownership of delivery, quality and process while helping embed AI-assisted development across the function. This is proper leadership with influence – improving how the team works, raising engineering standards and making sure great ideas turn into valuable, well-built products.
