Software Engineering Manager
Required on the South Coast to lead a team of expert software engineers in the development, optimization, and testing of real-time software implementations across various architectures.
I am seeking a proven leader and people manager with demonstrable skills in leading high-performance teams coupled with a deep knowledge of full-lifecycle embedded software development for high-throughput applications.
Salary to £115k plus benefits, hybrid working with 3 days onsite

The Software Engineering Manager will be spearheading the development of our client's software engineering methodologies, processes, and design techniques. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary engineering team leading the integration of wireless communication signal processing implementations on heterogeneous architectures. Suitable applicants will have a track record of developing and testing embedded or high-performance computing software solutions, proven ability to turn abstract concepts into actionable steps, expertise in CI/CD workflow, development planning, and tracking tools and an understanding of wireless communications fundamentals.
