Via is supporting an award-winning AI technology company to recruit an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software engineering team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing AI businesses, building intelligent software that is transforming the financial services industry.

You'll lead a team of talented engineers, helping them grow professionally while delivering innovative AI-powered products used by leading financial organisations across the UK.
This role is ideal for an experienced Engineering Manager, Software Development Manager or Technical Team Lead who enjoys developing people just as much as building exceptional technology.

The Role

As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an environment where engineers thrive. Working closely with Product and Technical Leadership, you'll support delivery, coach your team and help shape an engineering culture built on autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement.

You'll remain technically credible without being responsible for day-to-day coding, enabling you to support engineers, remove blockers and drive high-quality software delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
