We're partnering with a high-growth AI adoption and skills platform, who are developing a production-grade enterprise SaaS application at scale. Their platform delivers personalised, AI-powered learning and governance experiences that help major global organisations rapidly harness AI safely.
Having recently closed a successful funding round (backed by top-tier VCs), they are scaling past Β£1M+ ARR with over 15,000 users and embarking on an exciting new phase of expansion into the US. Given this growth, they are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building strong teams, improving delivery, and creating structure in a scaling environment, while staying technically credible.

What you'll be doing as the Engineering Manager:
- Managing 1-2 engineering pods, leading 1:1s, feedback, coaching and performance conversations
- Driving better delivery, process and ways of working as the team roughly doubles over the coming months
- Partnering closely with Product and Design to shape pod structure and priorities
- Contributing to early-stage architecture and technical decision-making
- Helping shape a strong, healthy engineering culture from the ground up
Requirements for an Engineering Manager:

- A software engineering background with strong technical credibility
- Proven experience managing engineers, with strong coaching and delivery skills
- Comfort working in a scale-up / evolving environment, with real ambiguity to shape
