Sovereign Three delivers advanced technology, specialist training and advisory services to law enforcement, defence and intelligence clients across the UK, Australia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Our work spans technical surveillance countermeasures, ISR, and data, video and audio analytics. We combine decades of operational experience with practical engineering to turn technology into capability that works under pressure.
About this opportunity
As our software capability grows, we are building a pipeline of engineers for upcoming roles based on site in the middle east. We are inviting expressions of interest now so that we can engage early with the right people as positions open.

What the work involves
- Designing, building and maintaining software that integrates with specialist hardware and analytics platforms
- Developing tools for signal analysis, monitoring and data processing
- Configuring and managing Linux environments
- Working with databases and contributing to system architecture and performance
- Supporting deployment and resolving technical issues during live operations
- Producing clear technical documentation
What we are looking for
- Strong software development experience (for example Python, C++ or similar)
- Confident working in Linux environments
- Experience with databases and system design
- A security minded approach to building software

Desirable
- Experience with RF, software defined radio or hardware integration
- Background in defence, law enforcement or national security
- Experience in working with middle east customers
