Help Transform How Social Housing Services Are Delivered
Every day, housing providers across the UK are balancing growing compliance demands, increasing tenant expectations, pressure on budgets, and the challenge of maintaining thousands of homes while delivering a great service to residents.
Technology plays a critical role in making that possible. From repairs and maintenance to compliance, scheduling, property services and frontline operations, housing organisations rely on connected systems and accurate information to keep their people productive and their services running effectively.
At Totalmobile, we believe frontline teams deserve technology that makes their jobs easier and helps organisations deliver better services to the communities they support.
That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced Software Implementation Consultant who understands the social housing sector and has experience implementing technology within that environment.
Perhaps you’ve worked with housing management systems, repairs and maintenance platforms, workforce scheduling solutions, compliance software, property management applications or field service technology.
What matters most is that you understand how social housing organisations operate, the systems they rely on and the challenges their teams face, and you can translate that knowledge into successful software implementations.
A Business Going Through a Defining Moment
This is an exciting time to join Totalmobile. In 2026, Totalmobile and German field service technology leader Solvares Group joined forces to create one of the world’s most comprehensive providers of field service and workforce optimisation software, bringing together more than 800 employees and supporting over 4,000 customers across Europe, the UK and Australia.
Our journey doesn’t stop there.
Having established a strong presence across the UK and Ireland and expanded successfully into Australia, we have continued our international growth with the launch of our Canadian operations in 2026, further extending the reach of our Field First platform into new markets.
Despite our global growth, we remain focused on what matters most: helping organisations deliver better services through smarter field operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For

You might have implemented technology for a housing association, local authority, ALMO or housing contractor. Alternatively, you may have worked for a software provider delivering solutions into the sector.
Your experience could include platforms supporting housing management, repairs and maintenance, workforce scheduling, compliance, property management, mobile working or field service operations.
You understand the relationships between different housing teams, business processes and systems, and you know that a successful implementation isn’t simply about configuring software.
