About the role

If you're talented in software implementation projects, data mapping, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This is a highly customer-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders, earn their trust, understand their business challenges, and guide organisations through the successful adoption of Dayshape. We have a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects and are growing our Professional Services team to support that growth. You'll work on implementation projects with newly signed and existing customers, alongside one of our Project Managers. We have a proven onboarding process that guides each project, and you'll be independent, driven, analytical and keen to learn our product. You'll be an advocate for Dayshape, consulting and guiding customers to get the most out of it.

What you’ll do

  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner throughout their Dayshape journey.
  • Run engaging Dayshape demonstrations for prospective and new customers, showing how Dayshape can support their business objectives.
  • Understand customers' operating models, challenges and strategic goals, drawing on your knowledge of how accountancy and professional services firms work to guide them towards best-practice resource management processes.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops, asking insightful questions, challenging assumptions where appropriate, and translating business needs into effective solutions, while advising customers on how to get the most value from Dayshape.
  • Configure Dayshape to meet customer requirements while driving standardisation, scalability and long-term success, and define integration requirements so that business processes and data flows are clearly understood and documented.
  • Lead data mapping, migration and loading, working with customers to prepare, validate and load their data into Dayshape.
  • Support customer UAT, go-live and handover, making sure customers are confident and ready to move into ongoing support with our Application Support team.
  • Deliver impactful training and enablement sessions that equip customers to confidently adopt and champion Dayshape within their organisation.
  • Provide product and configuration expertise to Project Managers and other internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and our delivery methodology as Professional Services evolves, and act as the voice of the customer, feeding back to Product, Engineering and Customer teams to help shape the future of Dayshape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions at all levels of an organisation.

  • We’re ideally looking for someone in/around Edinburgh, though we’re open to the possibility of this being a remote role (as long as you're in the UK). We're making the most of hybrid working, so you won't need to come into the office everyday (unless you want to!).

We're doing well, but there's lots more to do in order to maintain the high bar and pace that we've set. Please note the successful candidate for this role will be subject to background checks and will have an opportunity to declare anything to us beforehand.
