Life on the team

You’ll join a collaborative Software Licence Management team that helps customers control cost, reduce risk and get greater value from their software estate. Working alongside experienced specialists and service teams, you’ll turn licence, entitlement and usage data into accurate insight that supports compliance, renewals and day-to-day service delivery. It’s a hands-on role with the opportunity to build your expertise across major technology vendors, supported by colleagues who value accuracy, curiosity and continuous improvement.

Current Security Clearance, or the ability to undertake and obtain the clearance required for the role, is essential

What you’ll do

  • Support the Licence Manager, in the day-to-day delivery of Software Licence Management services, completing work to agreed priorities and timescales.
  • Maintain accurate licence, entitlement, contract, application and renewal records.
  • Collect, validate and reconcile inventory, discovery, usage, purchase and entitlement data.
  • Use Snow or equivalent tools to support licence positions, compliance checks, metering, reharvesting and optimisation.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, data extracts and evidence for service reviews, renewals and audits.
  • Help identify unused software, cost-saving opportunities and ways to improve licence utilisation.
  • Respond to routine customer and internal queries, escalating complex licensing or commercial matters appropriately.
  • Work closely with colleagues across service, customer, procurement, tooling and reporting teams to deliver a dependable service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
