Project Manager – SaaS Software Delivery (Europe)
We're hiring a Project Manager to lead client-facing software implementations across the UK and Europe. Permanent role. Hybrid working with monthly European travel. 🚀
The business
The business builds complex, specialist software used by organisations operating in fast-moving, high-stakes trading markets. Think multiple product lines, enterprise-scale contracts, and clients who genuinely depend on what gets delivered.
The opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a growing delivery team at exactly the right moment. You'll manage 3–6 concurrent projects (£50K–£1M+ contract values), work directly alongside developers and product teams, and help shape the governance framework being built from the ground up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Must-haves
- Proven SaaS or software delivery background (not ERP/SAP configuration)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects
