Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Software Quality Assurance Engineer now needed in central Bristol to join a global business. The SQA Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of our clients' software products. Their independent assurance work supports the delivery of safe, secure, and high-performance systems used in critical global environments.

Requirements

  • Well educated with a relevant engineering degree.
  • Hands-on experience in software quality assurance or other software development functions.
  • Knowledge and experience of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Awareness of Software Development Frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, AS9100) and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Appreciation of embedded systems would be very helpful.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
