A highly respected advanced manufacturing business is looking for a Software Support Engineer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting customers, and working closely with engineering teams to improve products and services.
Acting as a key link between field-based engineers and software development teams, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting advanced issues, supporting critical customer installations, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to training, continuous improvement projects, and customer-facing technical discussions.

Requirements:
- Strong software troubleshooting, diagnostics, and log analysis skills
- Experience with Windows-based software and real-time control systems
- Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, WPF, C++, C, SQL/MySQL, PLC programming, or similar technologies
- Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, Modbus, or EtherCAT
- Ability to support software and hardware integration challenges
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
