Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other relevant technical documentation.
- Support system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, and acquisition/resource management.
- Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates products related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems.
- Develop and document procedures, work instructions, and design practices criteria to standardize work product deliverables.
- Evaluate technical specifications and assess compliance with applicable performance requirements.
- Provide recommendations and inputs for test plans, procedures, and other critical engineering deliverables.

Required Education
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, or an Engineering Discipline. Four-year ABET accredited Engineering Degree preferred.
Required Experience
- 3-10 years experience
Preferred Experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes.
- Knowledge of Naval Test Procedures and military standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
