🚀 We're hiring: Software Technical Lead
📍 London | Cheltenham | Manchester | Bristol

Are you a Senior Engineer or Lead with hands-on Full Stack experience looking for your next challenge? Join a specialist technical consultancy solving complex operational problems for our customers.
As Software Technical Lead, you'll:
✅ Lead design, development and testing of bespoke software solutions
✅ Work with open-source libraries and a wide range of technologies
✅ Build CI pipelines in GitLab to drive software quality and security
✅ Deploy across AWS, Azure and private cloud environments
✅ Shape solution architectures and technical designs
✅ Own the full software lifecycle — from concept to delivery and support
✅ Lead teams and drive client engagement

What we're looking for:
🔹 Commercial experience with Java, AWS, JavaScript, React & TypeScript
🔹 Strong client-facing skills — you can set technical direction and vision
🔹 Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential
🔹 Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be able to obtain high-level security clearance — this requires British citizenship and 5 years' continuous UK residency
