Make an Impact at RSM UK

RSM UK is one of the leading providers of audit, tax and consulting services to various businesses. We are looking to recruit a Software Test Analyst to join our Technology team, working within a highly proficient and productive engineering team that values quality at every stage of delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced test professional to take ownership of testing activities across a suite of financial, payroll and HR products. You will work closely with developers, business analysts and fellow QA engineers, applying both manual and automation testing skills across the full testing lifecycle.

You will make an impact by

  • Design, document and maintain structured test cases and test plans for new functionality and regression cycles.
  • Execute manual tests for new functionality changes as part of every release cycle.
  • Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts to support regression testing, working with existing automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, identify testing needs and highlight risks early.
  • Log defects clearly and concisely in the defect management tool and track them through to resolution.
  • Actively participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing testing estimates and insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
