- Test web and software applications across different features and workflows
- Create and execute test cases and testing scenarios
- Identify, document, and report software defects
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
- Verify fixes and confirm issues have been resolved
- Work closely with developers and other technical teams
- Maintain accurate testing documentation and defect records
- Support continuous improvements to software quality and testing processes
Requirements
- Basic understanding of software testing and QA principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working with web applications and digital systems
- Understanding of test cases, bug tracking, and software development processes
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Jira, Postman, SQL, Selenium, or similar tools is beneficial
- Previous testing experience, internship, or personal projects are helpful but not essential
