Senior UAT Specialist (Endur) - Contract - Inside IR35 - London
A commodity trading giant are transforming the platform that underpins global trading, risk, finance, and settlements processes. As part of this strategic programme, they are seeking an experienced UAT Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and drive user acceptance testing across all business workstreams ahead of go-live.
You will own the end-to-end UAT process, building the test plan, coordinating execution across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Settlements, Confirmations, and Finance teams, managing defects through to resolution, and securing formal business sign-off ahead of each go-live decision gate.
This is a high-visibility, programme-critical role, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate testing across multiple concurrent workstreams to a fixed go-live date.

You Will:
- Develop and maintain the overall UAT test plan, schedule, and entry/exit criteria for the Endur programme.
- Coordinate UAT resourcing and scheduling across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Settlements, Confirmations, and Finance workstreams.
- Define and maintain UAT scope in alignment with functional design and requirements documentation.
From a Technical Standpoint You Will Ideally Have:
- 8+ years of experience coordinating UAT or test management on large-scale trading or risk system implementations, ideally OpenLink Endur.
- Proven experience managing test cycles across multiple concurrent workstreams in a commodities trading environment.
- Strong understanding of the Front-to-Back trade lifecycle, including trading, risk, middle office, settlements, confirmations, and finance.
- Experience with test management tooling (e.g. HP ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps, Jira/Zephyr, or equivalent) for tracking test scripts, defects, and coverage.
- Track record of delivering UAT for an Endur upgrade, migration, or greenfield reimplementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable coordinating across Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent testing streams to a fixed go-live date.
