Role purpose

Deliver high-quality testing for identity processing and provisioning across the identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver). You’ll validate that identities, accounts, and entitlements are provisioned and removed accurately, securely, and in line with control expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for identity processing and provisioning changes.
  • Test end-to-end flows across source systems (e.g., HR), identity platform, directories (AD/LDAP), and target applications.
  • Validate provisioning outcomes: account creation/updates, entitlement assignment/removal, approvals, and de-provisioning.
  • Perform negative and exception-path testing (failed connectors, retries, reconciliation, manual overrides).
  • Validate identity data mapping and transformations (attributes, rules, and role logic such as birthright access).
  • Prepare and maintain test artefacts: test cases, test data, execution evidence, and test summary updates.
  • Log and manage defects with clear steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence (logs/screenshots/API responses).
  • Support UAT and release activities by providing test status, risks, and go/no-go input.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and platform teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
