Software Tester / Automation QA - Remote - Playwright - £50k
We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing engineering organisation and help safeguard the reliability of a sophisticated multi-currency financial management platform trusted by clients operating in the demanding yachting and multi-asset sectors. This fully remote permanent role reports directly to the Head of QA and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a product that processes complex global transactions, real-time reporting and treasury operations every day.
In this position you will:
- Design, develop and maintain robust automated test suites that give the wider team confidence to release frequently and safely
- Work closely with developers, product managers and fellow QA colleagues to understand new features early, identify risk areas and embed quality from the outset of each delivery cycle
- Create and expand end-to-end test coverage using Playwright, ensuring critical user journeys across web applications remain stable as the platform evolves
- Execute exploratory and regression testing, raise clear and actionable defects, and collaborate on root-cause analysis so that issues are resolved at source rather than simply patched
