Software Tester – Manual & Automation - Bristol (Hybrid working, 2-3 days a week onsite)
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 depending on experience
Are you a Software Tester who enjoys working across both manual and automated testing and wants to have a real influence on product quality and engineering processes?
We're working with an ambitious and growing AI-focused software technology business that is developing innovative products within the software development space.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a QA Engineer / Software Tester to join the engineering team and play an important role in ensuring their products are reliable, scalable, and deliver a great user experience.

Essential skills required
- Commercial experience working as a QA/Software Tester
- Strong experience with manual testing across web-based applications
- Hands-on experience with test automation
- Experience using automation tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Experience testing AI, ML, or LLM-powered products
- Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
