Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented functional Software Tester to join our team.
As a Software Tester, your primary responsibility will be to rigorously test and validate workflow changes developed on the LexisNexis VisualFiles Case Management System. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the system’s reliability, accuracy, and seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts specifically targeting workflow modifications.
- Validate that workflow changes adhere to business requirements, legal compliance, and industry best practices.
- Document test results, defects, and any deviations from expected behaviour.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of workflow changes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand workflow enhancements and changes.
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve identified defects.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience.

- Proven experience as a Software Tester, preferably within the legal or case management domain.
- Knowledge of the LexisNexis VisualFiles Case Management System and its workflow components preferable.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in an iterative development environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps preferable.
