Location: Charnwood site Loughborough
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday with core hours 10:00-16:00

The Opportunity
As a Software Testing Analyst, you’ll take ownership of testing IXRS systems—planning, executing, and reporting on both manual and automated testing—while working collaboratively with project teams to ensure solutions are delivered to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute functional, system, performance, and usability tests
- Carry out manual and automated testing, ensuring accurate and reliable results
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Produce clear test documentation and status updates
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Contribute to project planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Essential Criteria
What you need to be successful
- Third level qualification in Computer Science or related subject
- Experience in writing and executing manual and automated tests.
- Demonstrated knowledge of formal testing methodology and best practices.
- Experience of testing web based and locally deployed client-server projects.
- Experience using formal test management tools
