This expert-led programme will help you understand how organisations design, execute, automate, and improve software testing processes through test planning, automation frameworks, defect management, quality assurance methodologies, and real-world software testing case studies.
What You'll Learn
- Software Testing Fundamentals and Quality Assurance Best Practices
- Manual Testing, Test Planning, and Test Case Design
- Test Automation Concepts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Defect Tracking, Bug Reporting, and Test Management
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)

What You'll Do
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and software applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing
- Identify, document, prioritise, and track software defects using industry-standard practices
- Explore automation testing techniques using Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and other testing tools
- Collaborate with developers through structured QA activities and mentor feedback
- Complete a real-world Software Testing case study and create an interview-ready portfolio project
