WE’RE HIRING – SOLAR SALES CONSULTANT
Wakefield, West Yorkshire
£30,000 basic | £60,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–6:00pm
Eco Happy is growing our renewable energy division, and we’re looking for a driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our team in Wakefield.
This is not a cold-calling role.
We provide a minimum of 70 pre-booked video-call appointments every month, giving you a consistent pipeline of homeowners interested in solar PV and battery storage.
What’s on offer
- £30,000 basic salary
- £60,000 OTE (including basic)

- Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

The role
You’ll conduct pre-booked video consultations with homeowners, understand their property, energy usage and objectives, and recommend the right solar PV and battery solution.
You’ll manage your opportunities from initial consultation through to securing the sale, delivering a professional, straightforward and transparent customer experience.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong sales experience and a proven ability to close
- Confident conducting consultations over video calls
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Strong objection handling and follow-up skills
- Organised and comfortable managing a busy pipeline
- Solar/renewables experience is advantageous, but not essential
